Why should I hire a travel advisor?

Why are hotel and cruise bookings complimentary?
When using a travel agent, the hotel pays us commission so you don’t have to pay us! Hotels have to pay a greater commission for channels like Booking.com or Expedia and therefore, provide us with perks and upgrades to incentivize folks to book with us. Its a win-win-win.
Will I pay more if I use a travel advisor?
Nope! In most cases, the rates we secure are the same or even less than booking direct—plus, you’ll get extra perks you wouldn’t have access to otherwise. In the off chance the online rates are slightly higher, the value you are getting outweighs the price difference. For custom itinerary planning, we do charge a service fee, but you’re paying for expert guidance, seamless execution, and an unforgettable experience.
Why do some services have a fee?
We charge a non-refundable planning fee to reflect the time, research, and expertise that go into designing a seamless, personalized trip. This covers everything from itinerary customization to flight bookings to dinning reservations to insider recommendations. Unlike a booking site, we provide hands-on support and exclusive access, ensuring your trip is stress-free from start to finish. The planning fee allows us to curate an unforgettable journey tailored to your preferences while giving you the confidence that every detail is taken care of.
What if I already booked a hotel?
We potentially are able to do a Takeover Booking, if you booked directly with the hotel. If we are able to become the agent of record, this will allow us to apply complimentary VIP perks (where available), at no extra cost to you, and there will be no other changes to your reservation.
Will I still earn points and miles?
Absolutely! We can add your loyalty and membership numbers to your bookings, so you’ll earn points. If you have brand preferences, be sure to share them during our consultation call or in the intake form, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Do you do corporate travel?
Yes! We handle corporate travel with the same level of care and expertise as our leisure trips. Whether it’s flights, hotels, meeting spaces, or team retreats, we streamline the process so your business travel is efficient, comfortable, and tailored to your needs. Plus, our industry partnerships help secure perks and VIP treatment for your team. Do you do destination weddings?
Yes! We specialize in destination weddings, whether you’re dreaming of an intimate beach ceremony or a grand celebration abroad. How far in advance should I book?
It depends on the destination and time of year! We recommend at least 4 months in advance for most trips and 6-12 months for special expeditions (cruises, safaris, etc). Feel free to reach out regardless of when you are looking to travel so we can keep you in mind for any special promotions or offers that we see. We can also try to work our magic to find you great options for last minute travel!
Can I make changes after booking?
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on supplier policies. Some bookings may have change fees or be non-refundable, but we’ll always go over the details with you before finalizing anything.
What is the difference between the Concierge and White Glove services?
With our Concierge service we will book all accommodations, tours, and transfers and throw in some of our top picks for dining and activities in the cities you’re visiting. Our White Glove service is planning from end-to-end with everything from flights to hotels to dining reservation, tours, activities and exclusive experiences. In summary, while both services provide personalized itineraries and support, the Concierge Service offers a foundational plan with flexibility for self-exploration, whereas the White Glove Service delivers an all-encompassing, meticulously planned travel experience.
